O-Agent is an internal business reporting system operated by O-Agent Co., Ltd. We use TikTok API for Business data only for authorized internal advertising, campaign performance, finance, and operational reporting.

Data We Process

The system may process advertising account identifiers, campaign and ad group identifiers, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and related reporting metrics available to authorized TikTok business accounts.

How We Use Data

• Prepare daily and monthly ad spend reports.
• Review campaign performance and budget pacing.
• Connect advertising cost to internal P&L and finance reports.
• Support internal business decisions for owned ad accounts.

Data Sharing

We do not sell TikTok API data, provide it to public users, or use it to operate a public SaaS service. Access is restricted to authorized internal team members and account owners.

Retention and Security

Reporting data is retained only as needed for internal finance, performance review, and compliance workflows. Access tokens and credentials are stored in restricted internal systems and are not exposed in public pages.
